    IMPORTANT: All orders take 30 (thirty) working days to be delivered after the date of payment, with no exceptions. This service is tottaly handmade and created specially for your home.

  • Shipping Info

    All orders are sent by registered mail, usually via CTT or can be picked up (free of charge) at our atelier A Casa do Azulejo, at Rua Ernesto da Silva, 52B | 1500-269 Lisboa

    For all orders out of Portugal (rest of the world) send us an email to hello@anadominguezceramics.com | Shipping costs differ from country to country and for this reason we have to budget them, case by case.

  • Return & Refund Policy

    In case you receive a damaged item, please send us an email with the picture of the item within 2 (two) business days after the reception of your order.

    ​We do not accept returns.

  • Note

    All the products are handmade and for this same reason there is no equal piece. The service maintains all the same standard but there may be small differences from piece to piece

  • Alert

    Ana Dominguez Ceramics does not recommend the use of microwave, washing machine, etc. We advise that all the pieces be washed by hand. The brand is not responsible for any damage to the pieces.

  • Payment

    If you are unable to pay through Ana Dominguez Ceramics website, please email us at hello@ anadominguezceramics.com to place your order.
