  • Return & Refund Policy

    In case you receive a damaged item, please send us an email with the picture of the item within 2 (two) business days after the reception of your order.

    ​We do not accept returns.

  • Note

    All the products are handmade and for this same reason there is no equal piece. ll the pieces keep the same standard but there may be small differences from piece to piece

  • Alert

    Ana Dominguez Ceramics does not recommend the use of microwave, washing machine, etc. We advise that all the pieces be washed by hand. The brand is not responsible for any damage to the pieces.
